If so, you might want to close this blog before it gets worse. This house may look like a big bottle of Pepto Bismol, but trust me it's not the cure. It's one of many gingerbread houses in Oaks Bluff in Martha's Vineyard. I think it's funny because my friend LaDonna has mentioned several times how ugly she thinks it is. She says they seem to run into it every time they get lost. On the positive side, all the little girls including Alice's niece think the Barbie Gingerbread house is awesome. Tracy, I bet Maddie would like to live here.
"I like the pink one. I want to keep the pink one."
ReplyDeleteA direct quote from Maddie (aka: The girl that can't loves pink!)
Well, I happen to like it. Wait a minute... Did you say that it's pink? It doesn't look pink to me... In that case, I like it, but I would prefer to change the color. How about a nice sky blue? Then you could paint fluffy white clouds on it and it would disappear on a nice summer day. Or you could just move into the home of the creator of Norton Anti-Virus down the street.
ReplyDeleteThey take their gingerbread house village very seriously. I heard the buyer must sign a contract to maintain (NOT CHANGE) the outside appearance of the house upon purchase.
